    Gino, a passionate restaurateur active in Setia Alam's F&B scene since 2015, has launched several successful ventures, including Pan & Wine and Bar Hanareya. Partnering with Chef Haruka, he also opened Sushi Hana and Yakiniku Botan, with plans to expand further with new dining concepts.

    Chef Hokune Haruka, Malaysia's only female Head Chef and Chef Owner in the sushi industry, co-founded Hanareya Hospitality Group in 2023 after rising to Head Chef at Sushi Azabu. With over 10 years of culinary experience and multiple national awards in Japan, she is a leading figure in Malaysian Japanese cuisine.

    HEAD CHEF

    Chef Yogi, with over 10 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, honed his skills at Zipangu and Sushi Azabu before becoming the trusted second-in-command to Chef Haruka. Known for his expertise in sushi and sake pairings, Chef Yogi has become a prominent figure in Malaysia’s culinary scene, leading successful events like Standing Sushi at APW, Bangsar.
